Fairness
Provides equal attitude towards parties and their involvement in selecting the composition of the court of arbitration.
Choice
According to the Rules of the Riga International Arbitration Court, parties are free to set the procedure of arbitration - language, place, type of the arbitration, a number of arbitrators, applicable laws and regulations, etc.
Expenses
Legal expenses of the Riga International Arbitration Court are substantially lower than the court fees of the state’s courts of law and there are no expenses for appeals and the Supreme Court of Cassation needed.
